San Jose would started the game with the same lack luster effort as they did on Sunday but Reimer would make some key saves in the first to preserve the tie. Going into the second period both the Sharks and the Wings would score 2 a piece, Timo would get his 28th of the season and Logan would get his 17th. Karlsson would get back on the score sheet with 2 assists with his club leading 64 points. However a costly face off loss in overtime would seal the deal on a pretty boring game.
